行ってきたぜ、アーチェリー7回目。リリースが出来ないなぁ。どうもいかん。引き手も残心か。押し手も残心注意、引き手も残心に気をつける。次回は、両手がちゃんと残心が出来ているかを気をつけよう。色々注意されるので、肝心なことが疎かになりがち。それでバラバラになるんだろうな。指導員が言っていることは、もちろん正しいはずだ。しかし、そっちを気にしすぎて、肝心要なところが疎かになっているのだろう。大事なことは、しっかり守る。指導員の注意は、言っちゃ悪いが話半分にきいとこ。何しろ残心だ。残心がしっかり出来ていれば、押し手も弾き手もそれほど悪くないはずだ。次回は、何としても、すべての射において残心を意識しよう。どうしても、的に当たった、外れた、と一喜一憂してしまう。ではなくて、ちゃんと残心出来たかどうか、それを一番に意識しよう。それと、引き手をアンカーに入れるときに顔を動かさないこと。次回は、残心と顔を動かさない。この２点に絞って練習してみよう。
